YEMEN APPEAL

EVERY MINUTE, 17 DIE OF HUNGER

Over 20 million Muslims in Yemen are food insecure and the rate of child malnutrition is the highest in the world. The United Nations Development Program estimates that 55% of Yemen’s population live below the poverty line, and 18.4% live in extreme poverty.

If we don’t do something now, the death toll in Yemen will continue to increase by the day.

Mercy to Humanity are providing food and lifesaving aid to starving families, destitute and needy orphans, widows and the elderly in dozens of areas across Yemen. We need to show mercy to the people of Yemen and we need to show that mercy now!

The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) said:“If anyone relieves a Muslim believer from one of the hardships of this worldly life, Allah will relieve him of one of the hardships of the Day of Resurrection.”
