At Mercy To Humanity, we work hard to ensure you have a trouble-free experience. However, we realise that sometimes errors can happen.
- If you wish to cancel your direct debit at any point, Mercy To Humanity will be happy to assist you. You have the right to cancel your direct debit at any time. You can either contact us via email or call us. (Contact details below)
- As a charity, we are not permitted to refund donations by law, except in exceptional circumstances. We offer a 30-day refund policy which begins from the date you make your donation.
- All refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for donating and may take up to 5-10 working days from the date the refund is issued.
- We will require you to return your original receipt in order to qualify Via Email.
- You may call us, we will need the date of donation, amount and email address used to donate and the reason you require a refund, we will also require the original receipt to qualify.
